Welligent January Release Notes

We are happy to announce our January software release. Based on customer request and our internal product R&D, the October release includes many minor enhancements to existing software features that will improve the usability and configurability of our software service. Client Program Episode Record Enhancements

We have made several enhancements to the client program episode record. These enhancements include the following:

• Simplification of the screen and client program discharge process. The screen is now organized into collapsible sections. To open or close a section, click on the title in the orange header bar
• Ability to enroll clients in a sub-program to support complete client program data tracking and reporting for clients in a  program subsidiary
• Other enhancements include the simplification of the client program discharge process and improved ability to quickly check the client program status

Client Clinical Data

We have made several enhancements to the client clinical record. These enhancements include the following:

• To provide users with more informative and age-appropriate clinical decision support information, the GAF score interpretation information will now display based on client age. This GAF score reference information will still be accessible from the progress note screen
• This is a configurable option can be set for individual services

E-Signatures and Provider Certifications

We have made several enhancements to provider signatures on associated provider signature pages and print outs. These enhancements include the following:

• We have enhanced the provider signature page so that system administrators can decide which provider certifications will appear (eg, MD, LCSW, etc)
• This is a configurable option can be set globally by your system administrator

Provider’s Schedule and Central Schedule

We have made several enhancements to both the provider schedule and the central schedule.

• By default, Welligent will now preserve the user’s last screen settings for Day/Week/Month and time increment (15/30/60) rather than returning to the defaults the next time the user loads the screen. This makes it easy for the user to tailor the environment to their preferences

Express Client Enrollment

We have made an enhancement to the client intake screen.

• When completing a new client intake, staff can now quickly create a client and specify client program enrollment and service assignment all from the client intake screen. This enhancement speeds data entry where the client program/service assignment is known and the user wants to expedite the client intake process
• This is a configurable option can be set globally by your system administrator
  

Welligent is pleased to announce that we are now a reseller for digital signature pads from Topaz Systems, Inc. While already integrated into our electronic health record for capturing digital signatures from clients, family members and others, Welligent has formalized a relationship with Topaz Systems, Inc. This relationship will enable us to better serve our customers who with to leverage this powerful electronic tool as they move towards the paperless chart.

About the SigLite 1x5

SigLite is Topaz's low-cost pressure-sensitive electronic signature pad. SigLite features all the high-quality biometric and forensic capture techniques of a SignatureGem tablet but with a low-cost touchpad and stylus in place of the active electromagnetic pen and sensor. The touchpad sensor is protected by an optional replaceable overlay for longer life.

Welligent October Release Notes

We are happy to announce our October software release. Based on customer request and our internal product R&D, the October release includes many enhancements to existing software features that will improve the usability and configurability of our software service. eForms Enhancements

We have made several enhancements to our paperwork management tool, eForms. These enhancements include the following:

• Improved use of the screen to enable larger viewing of eForms
• Improved integration and enhancements to the supervisor review and approval process for eForms
• Support for multiple signature capture
• Ability to capture both e-signatures for internal Welligent users and Digital signatures for non-Welligent. Using an available USB digital signature capture pad from Topaz Systems, the Digital signature feature will enable  you to capture client signatures and link them to completed eForms paperwork

Client Record Enhancements

The October release includes enhancements to the client demographic record with the addition of several new stock fields. Your agency can still add as many custom fields as needed depending on your need and you can still hide/display, require/not require and change the labels to all of the stock demographic fields.

Additional enhancements to client record include the following:

• Additional client family contacts stock fields
• Ability to create and name folders and organize your scanned client documents depending on agency need
• Enhancements to the client immunization/shot record and accompanying reports

Scheduler Enhancements

Welligent’s comprehensive central and provider scheduling tools just got better! The October enhancements include the following:

Enhancements to the recurring appointments scheduling feature. Now, the scheduler permits you to capture all necessary fields, including the Primary Action, when scheduling future client appointments. Your client appointments can be scheduled out using almost any pattern (eg, daily, weekly, monthly, etc) for as far ahead into the future as you need (eg, end by a date, when ‘X’ number of sessions/hours have been scheduled, etc).

Administrative Enhancements and Configuration Options

The October release includes many new administrative enhancements that control Progress Note screen layout and other key screens.
