The December 2009 Release Notes are now available for your review. This is a minor release and doesn't require additional training, however web-based training sessions are available for anyone who would like a hands-on review of the new functionality.

About the December 2009 Software Releases

The December 2009 release enhances existing functionality of the Welligent software service. This release includes enhancements to the following existing features:

Client Record

• Changes to icons in the client Record Navigator
• Changes to Primary Action field use

Front Desk

• Reorganization of buttons into drop-down menus
• Enhancements to the Payment Screen
• Improved access to client insurance authorization information
• New look and new features on the Client Account Information section

Individual and Group Progress Notes

• Reorganization of buttons into drop-down menus
• Minor enhancements to the Group Progress Notes screen

Billing Manager

• Ability to name billing cycles

Welligent Scheduler

• Ability to schedule a Group Session directly from My Schedule or the Central Schedule

Administrative Configurations

• Ability to control user's ability to access or delete Attachments in the client record
• Ability to control access to eForms in the Front Desk
• Ability to control Auto-Attendance function for residential clients
