Please join us for the December Welligent California User Community (WCUC) general meeting.
The December 9th WCUC meeting is rescheduled to December 16th and our main topic will be LA County DMH policy and EDI changes that impact the Welligent system. We are rescheduling to give you all a chance to attend the DMH trainings prior to this discussion and not everyone will have done that by the 9th.
Please join us for this month's WCUC general meeting. Our topics will include:
- Implementation Status
- LA County DMH Issues
- Short/Doyle II Policy and EDI Changes
We will be reviewing all of the DMH materials related to the upcoming Short/Doyle II changes being implemented in January. We have recently had meetings with DMH to get clarification on certain issues, and we will present all of our information to you during our WCUC meeting tomorrow. There are two types of issues we want to review: 1) issues related to EDI transaction changes, and 2) LA County DMH/State policy issues that impact the Welligent system in some way, i.e. DMH plan selection, procedure codes, audit documentation, etc.
We look forward to sorting through all of the issues in preparation for the immanent DMH IS shut-down and eventual launch of the new Short/Doyle II compliant system.
