Business Manager

Welligent, a growing software company providing electronic health records solutions to the behavioral and mental health market, is seeking an experienced Business Manager to oversee all areas of accounting and finance.  Based on Norfolk, VA, Welligent provides complex software ASP solutions to mental health and behavioral health agencies throughout the country.  As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking an experienced Business Manager who can "hit the ground running", possessing deep proficiency with QuickBooks, cash flow management, collections, and monthly financial statements.  This person will be required to manage all in-house finance duties, as well as coordinate with external accountants in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.  In addition, this person will be asked to manage office operations, which includes everything from supply maintenance to HR administrative duties.  Accordingly, we are seeking someone with the expertise and disposition to handle sensitive information with a high level of professionalism and discretion.  Come join a small, dynamic and fast-growing technology business right here in Hampton Roads!
